Prince Harry ‘uncomfortable with Meghan Markle parading him on social media’ amid recent wa:rning

Prince Harry is said to be feeling uneasy about Meghan Markle’s renewed presence on social media after he recently issued a strong warning about the dangers of online exposure.

According to Page Six, the Duke of Sussex has grown “uncomfortable with Meghan parading him on social media,” particularly after she began sharing glimpses of their private life in California.

Meghan’s Return to Instagram

Earlier this year, Meghan reactivated her social media accounts, posting personal updates that included rare insights into their family life and even subtle glimpses of their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet — something Harry is reportedly not happy about.

A source told the outlet, “He’s very aware of her parading him around and doesn’t love the social media displays.”

Recently, Meghan posted a video from Washington, D.C., where she was seen carrying a blue and white bag bearing her Duchess of Sussex title. The insider claimed Harry “is aware” that moments like this are “not a great look and Fergie-esque,” referencing Sarah Ferguson, ex-wife of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor.

“The shine has worn off, which is fair at this point in a relationship,” the source continued. “But he’s also blown up his life for her. He’s used to being universally loved. Now it’s the exact opposite — actively booed,” referring to the couple’s frosty reception at a Los Angeles Dodgers game earlier this year.

Balancing Public Image and Privacy

Meghan originally left social media in 2020, around the time she and Harry stepped back from royal duties. Her return this year coincided with the launch of her lifestyle brand, as she works to rebuild her public profile in the U.S.

Meanwhile, Harry has been vocal about online safety and the risks of sharing family content. In a recent interview, he warned parents about posting photos of their children online, citing the dangers of “unregulated AI” and how such images might be exploited.

“Parents can do whatever they want,” Harry said during a conversation with comedian Hasan Minhaj. “But the reality is, from what I’ve learned and experienced, you should be really worried, concerned, and cautious about putting photographs of your kids online — especially now. With this surge of unregulated AI, you just don’t know where it’s going to go or how it’s going to be used.”

Harry’s Warning on Social Media and AI

The Duke went on to discuss broader concerns about social media access for young people, suggesting a minimum age limit of 21.

“I think once your brain is properly formed and you’re starting to learn who you are, 21 is a sensible age,” he said. “But the companies won’t ever allow that. They’ll throw tens of millions of dollars to lobby against it.”

He also accused major tech firms of “evil” and “wicked” behavior, warning that their policies often put children at risk.

“When AI experts raise alarm bells and are ignored, we should be doubly concerned,” Harry said. “Meta had written a policy that basically allowed their chatbots to flirt with children. When exposed, they said, ‘That was a mistake. We’ve now removed that wording.’ How could that possibly be a mistake? It went all the way up to your legal team.”

The contrasting attitudes between Harry and Meghan — with him pushing for privacy and her re-embracing public life — appear to be creating tension behind the scenes.

While Meghan focuses on reestablishing herself in Hollywood, Harry continues to advocate for digital safety and mental health, highlighting the challenges the couple faces as they navigate their lives under constant public scrutiny.
