Identical Twin Sisters Give Birth To Boys On The Same Day At The Same Hospital
There’s a special bond between twin brothers that other people can’t understand.
Twins Jalynne and Janelle Crawford are a prime example of this. They have been inseparable since birth and have always strived to do everything together. They even gave birth to their babies on the exact same day…
“Being someone’s twin is something you can’t explain or understand, unless you are a twin yourself. The bond is so strong that one can feel what the other feels, and vice versa. Growing up we were inseparable. We dressed the same every day, we shared a car and a cell phone, we had the same friends…it seemed like we were glued to each other,” Jalynne said.
Jalynne and Janelle have always been best friends.
Growing up, they even had their own language that no one else could understand. When they were girls, they dreamed of a future together, where they lived as neighbors with their respective families. They wanted their future children to become best friends and attend the same school.
Jalynne was the first to marry her Brandon in 2011. A year and a half later, Janelle would follow in his footsteps. Because they wanted to start a family at the same time, they both got pregnant just two weeks apart…
Unfortunately, Janelle suffered a ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇ. The doctors discovered that she had some health problems that made it difficult for her to ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇɪᴠᴇ. Janelle had an ᴇᴄᴛᴏᴘɪᴄ pregnancy and a history of PCOS , while Jalynne suffered two ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇs.
But these setbacks in life brought Jalynne and Janelle even closer and they decided to handle the dire situation together.
Six months later, Jalynne became pregnant again.
At first she was delighted, but then she became worried and felt both joy and sadness. She didn’t know how to break the news to her sister, that she had just suffered a ᴛᴇʀʀɪʙʟᴇ ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇ.
But four days after the happy news, she got a call from Janelle.
She told his sister that she was pregnant too!
Both Jalynne and Janelle couldn’t stop laughing and crying with excitement when they realized they were both pregnant at the same time again.
They even joked about the possibility of giving birth on the same day, not being impossible since they had gotten pregnant at the same time.
Jalynne knew she wanted to have a C-section – and it turned out that her sister was having a C-section too.
And it was just as they had dreamed: Janelle, the older of the two sisters, gave birth first to their son, Jace Alan Leopoldo. Just three hours later, Jalynne followed her with her son, Bryson Ryder Crawford.
Jalynne and Janelle’s big childhood dream came true!
Welcoming these wonderful babies was, of course, a fantastic event for these two women. After all the difficult ups and downs they’ve been through, we wish them the best of luck!
