Since the birth of their son Carson, this sweet couple has been trying to grow their family for over a year.
After several ʜᴇᴀʀᴛʙʀᴇᴀᴋɪɴɢ ᴍɪsᴄᴀʀʀɪᴀɢᴇs, they decided to try ғᴇʀᴛɪʟɪᴛʏ ᴛʀᴇᴀᴛᴍᴇɴᴛs. For a while, it looked like even that wasn’t going to work. Lindsay and Simon experienced two more unsuccessful pregnancies after starting ᴛʀᴇᴀᴛᴍᴇɴᴛs.
However, hope is what carries us through these moments, and finally Lindsay and Simon receive the amazing news that they are expecting not one, but four babies! Three boys and one girl. It was a shock, a joy and a bit of a surreal experience as you can probably imagine.
As the pregnancy progressed, Mom and Dad experienced many conflicting excitements and anxieties.
Excitement for these four precious little ones, but also anxiety that there might be problems. Complications are more likely with multiple births and this couple prayed that all would be well with the babies they had hoped and prayed so much for.
These quadruplets were born by caesarean section and had to spend some time in intensive care where they were cared for by professionals. Lindsay and Simon had expected this, but it was still hard not being able to bring their babies home right away. Thanks to amazing medical professionals and lots of prayers, all four babies did great during their time in the hospital.
