A television inside a federal building unexpectedly aired an AI-generated video appearing to depict Donald Trump getting very up close and personal with Elon Musk’s feet.
Despite previous reports about Musk’s “deep fear” of Trump, the video suggests a rather *intimate* relationship between the two—at least in an altered reality.
Earlier today (February 24), while employees at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) were busy working on initiatives to ensure fair and affordable housing, those in the cafeteria were met with an unexpected broadcast.
A TV inside the HUD cafeteria was reportedly hijacked—by an unknown party—to display AI-generated footage of what looked like Trump kissing Musk’s toes. The video included a bold caption: “LONG LIVE THE REAL KING.”
Vox journalist Rachel Cohen shared a clip of the incident on Twitter, showing the footage playing on a ceiling-mounted television.
It didn’t take long for social media to explode with reactions, as users flooded platforms with their thoughts on the bizarre broadcast.

Social media users had a lot to say about the bizarre clip.
One Twitter user reacted, “This is so funny but disgusting as well.”
Another joked, “Bro has two left feet.”
A third added, “That’s not kissing, that’s something else and I don’t want it to be defined.”
Meanwhile, a fourth questioned, “Funny, but isn’t it more like the other way around?”
Even the US House Committee on Financial Services chimed in, stating, “Not all heroes wear capes.”

The origins of a fake video circulating on television remain unclear, but the footage seems to have previously surfaced on Twitter, where another user claimed it had been modified from their original image.
As AI-generated versions of Elon Musk and Donald Trump take center stage in the viral clip, the real-life counterparts have been busy in another way—sending an email to all federal employees with a firm directive. Those who fail to respond will reportedly be considered as having resigned.
Additionally, Trump has directed Musk, the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), to “get more aggressive.” A fitting description for that viral toe video, don’t you think?
