This is the story of an incredibly courageous girl named Tru Wende Beare, born prematurely at 14 weeks but who survived and is now a true beauty.

When she entered the world, Tru weighed only one pound and was the smallest baby the doctors had ever seen.

Unfortunately, this meant that Tru had to spend a lot of time in the hospital, where the doctors at Royal Columbian Hospital in New Westminster, Canada, did their best to fight for her life.

Her mother and father prayed to God and hoped for the best. They somehow knew that their little girl would survive and looked forward to holding her in their arms. Mom was able to touch her precious treasure after only 11 days, and dad could only hold her when Tru was 54 days old.

Tru spent 71 days in an incubator before finally being transferred to a crib. That’s when her life started getting better day by day.

During the four months in the hospital, little Tru faced many challenges and managed to overcome numerous conditions.
