New Father Ki.cks Wife With Newborn Twins onto the Streets, Years Later He Begs Her for Help

It was a cold, rainy night when Angie found herself at a bus stop, clutching her newborn twins and shivering under her thin coat.

“Where will we go?” she whispered, wiping the rain from her babies’ cheeks. With no family to turn to—her parents long gone—Angie had nowhere to sleep, no one to help.

A rustling noise startled her. She braced to defend her children—only to find it was a stray dog.

Still, fear and sorrow gnawed at her heart.

Just a week earlier, she had been at home with her husband Jake, never imagining he would kick her out over their babies.

“You Can Keep One Baby… Or Leave”
For illutrative purpose only

Angie and Jake had met after college. Young, in love, and full of dreams, their relationship seemed like a fairytale—until reality hit. When Angie became pregnant in the fourth year of their marriage, Jake was less than thrilled.

“I’ve just launched my business,” he complained. “We weren’t supposed to do this now.”

His disapproval only deepened when Angie’s ultrasound revealed twins. “I hope you’re not coming out of there telling me it’s two,” he joked before her appointment. Moments later, her pale face told him all he needed to know.

As her pregnancy progressed, Jake grew distant. When the babies were born, he didn’t even visit the hospital—he sent his maid and driver to collect them. When Angie returned home, she was hit with an ultimatum.

“We keep one child and give the other away,” Jake said coldly. “If you can’t accept that, you can leave with both.”

Stunned, Angie begged him to reconsider. “They’re our children, Jake. Both of them.” But he was unmoved. “I’m not wasting my money raising two kids. I need to focus on my profits.”

Faced with no other choice, Angie took her babies and left, stepping into the cold with no plan and no home.

A Stranger’s Kindness

As Angie cried in the rain, a bright light appeared—a taxi pulled over, and a nun rolled down the window. “Are you alright, my dear? Come in, it’s pouring,” she said kindly.

With nowhere to go, Angie got in. The nun took her to the convent, where she and her daughters, Sophie and Marley, found refuge.

Angie began teaching at the church school and worked in a restaurant to save money. After two years, she launched a small café and slowly began rebuilding her life.

Though she struggled, Angie never regretted her decision to keep both her children. She refused to divorce Jake, hoping he might change.

Five Years Later

Now a proud single mother with a house of her own, Angie watched her daughters grow up. Her café had expanded into two more locations.

Meanwhile, Jake’s once-promising business collapsed. Drowning in debt, with no one left to turn to, he came knocking on Angie’s door.

“Hi… how are you?” he said awkwardly when she opened it.

Stunned, Angie invited him in. Jake wasted no time. “I’m so sorry for everything. My greed ruined our family. I lost everything, and I deserve it. But please… help me.”

He broke down when he saw a photo of the twins. “I’m sorry, sweethearts,” he cried. “Please forgive your daddy.”

Though Angie knew why he had come, her heart softened.

She handed him a check. “I’ve learned that holding onto anger doesn’t heal us,” she said. “That night you threw me out, I learned what greed does. Today, I choose forgiveness.”

Jake, humbled and emotional, promised to turn his life around and become the father he should have been.

He vowed to return not just for financial help, but to rebuild what he had lost.
