Prince Harry ‘Desperate’ To Get Back In With Royals – Has ‘Regrets’ About Ditching Them For Meghan Markle

Part 2 of 2

Regret and Reflection

Harry’s latest outreach follows claims that he may be reflecting on the past with regret. Royal author Duncan Larcombe told OK! Magazine that Harry, though unlikely to admit it publicly, likely wishes things had gone differently.

“Harry is a sensitive soul and always wore his heart on his sleeve,” Larcombe said. “With Trooping the Colour and Father’s Day happening on the same weekend, I’m sure he looked back at the happy relationships he once had with his dad and brother. I believe he wants to rebuild those.”

But any return to royal life might not include Meghan.

“Meghan is probably very reluctant to return to the UK,” Larcombe added. “They’d have to be deaf, dumb, and blind not to notice the intense criticism they’ve received for their tell-all interviews and so-called ‘truth bombs.’”

A Glimmer of Hope?

Despite the ongoing tension, some royal commentators remain cautiously optimistic about Harry’s proposed gesture.

“This represents a gesture of goodwill,” royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said. “Respecting the royal calendar is a practical move — and one that will be appreciated. It shows the Sussexes may be listening to better advice.”

Royal analyst Ian Pelham Turner echoed the sentiment: “This marks a significant change for Harry and could be a constructive step forward. I believe the royal family should accept this and work toward a peaceful resolution.”

Still, after everything that has transpired, it wouldn’t be surprising if the royal family remained reluctant to open the door. Whether Harry will be welcomed back remains to be seen — but it seems, for now, the olive branch has been extended.
