Charlotte’s Family Ties
While little is publicly known about Charlotte’s personal relationship with Camilla, she is known to be especially close to her maternal grandparents, Michael and Carole Middleton.
Carole Middleton has long been a central figure in the Wales children’s lives, particularly during Catherine’s cancer treatment in 2024. In a past interview with The Telegraph, Carole emphasized her devotion to her family: “My family are paramount. They come first and that will always be the case, even when I have more ‘me time’.”
Royal expert Ingrid Seward, editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, has also praised the Middletons’ role in the Wales household. “The Middletons are a really close family. Carole is a very hands-on grandmother, and I’m sure she will be at the helm. She often picks the kids up from school,” she explained.
