Ariana Grande has long been a cherished star in the entertainment world, known for her incredible talent, beauty, and down-to-earth charm.
However, her recent public appearances have left fans feeling concerned.
The 31-year-old, nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Glinda in *Wicked*, stepped onto the red carpet on Sunday, February 16, wearing a voluminous pink and black Louis Vuitton gown, as reported by *People*.
Her plunging dress, however, did little to conceal her noticeably thin frame, further fueling discussions and worries among netizens.

Ariana Grande’s delicate frame has often raised concerns about her health.
One particular photo of her signing autographs at the BAFTAs recently went viral, with fans noting her noticeably thin appearance. According to the Daily Mail, the image reignited speculation that she might be struggling with malnutrition, a condition known to pose serious health risks.
Experts have long associated a prominent sternum and hollow cheeks in adults with deteriorating health. They caution that such signs can result in issues like low energy levels, muscle loss, reduced mobility, weakened immunity, and mood disturbances.
Severe depletion of subcutaneous fat can also contribute to pressure sores and delayed wound healing, potentially leading to prolonged hospital stays.
Grande had previously confessed to pushing herself “to the bone” while working on the set of Wicked alongside her co-star Cynthia Erivo. During filming, both actresses also contracted Covid-19.
In December 2024, the We Can’t Be Friends singer became visibly emotional in an interview as she opened up about the relentless online scrutiny she has faced regarding her weight since her teenage years.
“I’ve been doing this in front of the public, been a specimen in a petri dish since I was 16 or 17. I have heard it all,” she said.
“I’ve heard every version of it, of what’s wrong with me. And then you fix it, then it’s wrong for different reasons. It’s hard to protect yourself from that noise. It’s something that is uncomfortable no matter what scale you’re experiencing it on,” Grande added.
