Flynn’s involvement in his father’s work was recognized in the 2018 film, “Warning Shot,” where he received a special thanks. However, according to a 2019 report by Page Six, Flynn found a niche narrating steamy romantic novels, carving out his own distinct voice in the audiobook world.
One of his notable works includes recording the audiobook for “Heartthrob,” a novel from the Bennett Brothers Series by Ahren Sanders, which featured a topless hunk on its cover. Flynn’s narration extended to other titles in the trilogy, including “Hot Shot” and “Sexy Six.”
In September 2019, Flynn became engaged to Lorena Monagas, a talented and accomplished storyteller and artist. Lorena took to Instagram to share the sweet details of Flynn’s proposal, which occurred at a pumpkin patch.
“I couldn’t wait to go pumpkin picking this year, so we went early in the season, and I found a surprise waiting for me ?,” she captioned the post in part.

Lorena’s background is as rich and diverse as her work. She holds an MFA from The Academy for Classical Acting at the Shakespeare Theatre and George Washington University, along with a BFA in Graphic Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
Her artistic journey includes training at prestigious institutions such as Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, Massachusetts, The William Esper Studio, and The Barrow Group in New York City. She has also studied at Casa Cruz de la Luna in San Germán, Puerto Rico.
Lorena’s experience spans film, multimedia, and voice-over projects, making her a multi-disciplinary artist who understands the power of narrative—something that Flynn, too, finds himself at the center of lately.

Following his father’s passing, social media was buzzing over Flynn and his father’s physical similarities. “The boy looks like his father in his youth,” one social media user commented.
“James Earl Jones’ son looks like Jack Harlow & Paul Giamatti,” another person shared on X, formerly known as Twitter. “He is a copy of his father,” another social media user responded. Another added, “He is very much like his father.”
Flynn Earl Jones surprised fans with how much he looks like his iconic father, James Earl Jones. Although he has steered clear of the limelight, Flynn seemingly inherited his parents’ passion for the arts, though in a unique way.
