Mix Rosemary with these ingredients: Regenerates cartilage and more

Rosemary helps with joint and cartilage issues, especially when there’s swelling, redness, and warmth, which can be painful after injury or infection.

Redness occurs as part of the healing process when the body fights infections, but it can also result from injury.

In autoimmune diseases, the immune system attacks the joints, causing redness and hindering the body’s natural repair process.

Inflammation damages joints, causing pain and stiffness by releasing chemicals into the blood or affected tissues.

These chemicals increase blood flow to infected areas, but in joint issues without injury or infection, inflammation allows chemicals to seep into tissues, retaining fluid and causing discomfort.

Rosemary is ideal for fighting diseases

Increased blood flow and chemicals attract white blood cells to areas with fluid retention (edema).

This can cause irritation of the joint lining, cartilage wear, and fluid retention. Tendons and ligaments around the joint can also be affected.

Osteoarthritis or arthritis can lead to pain, swelling, and limited movement. If you suffer from this, there’s a natural remedy to help restore cartilage in your hip and knee joints, reducing inflammation and pain.

Ingredients for this rosemary-based recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme, rosemary, mint (or spearmint), and sage
  • 1 liter of water

Preparation:

  1. Boil the water and add all the fresh herbs.
  2. Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then cover the pot and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Strain the herbs and store the infusion in the fridge.
  4. Drink 1 to 2 cups daily for 3 weeks. You can sweeten it with honey and enjoy it either hot or cold.

Recommendations: To help prevent osteoarthritis, make sure to get enough calcium and vitamin D, maintain a healthy weight, stay active, and take care of your posture.
