Princess Kate shares big news as she interrupts her summer break

Part 2 of 2

The V&A East Storehouse, which houses more than 500,000 works from the museum’s vast archive, is designed to encourage public interaction. Through its Order an Object initiative, visitors can request to view specific artworks or artifacts up close, ranging from ceramics to books and furniture.

Kate’s curated Makers and Creators display is one of over 100 rotating exhibits placed throughout the museum. It offers an immersive and self-guided experience that is free to visit and open daily until 2026, with late-night access available every Thursday and Saturday.

Royal relationships remain strained

While Kate focuses on her cultural work and recovery, royal watchers continue to speculate about tensions within the family. Reports of a recent “peace summit” between King Charles and Prince Harry’s aides have led to questions about whether Kate and Meghan Markle might also reconcile.

However, sources close to the princess say a truce is unlikely.
“Neither Kate nor Meghan seem interested in that outcome,” one royal insider told Heat. “Kate feels very strongly about staying out of it all. She believes she has been through enough. Meghan has moved on from the royal drama and does not see the point in revisiting the past.”

The strained relationship reportedly dates back to the infamous bridesmaid dress incident before Harry and Meghan’s 2018 wedding. Conflicting reports over the event, later addressed in Meghan’s Oprah interview, left Kate feeling that the story had been twisted publicly and her side of events unheard.

Having spent much of the past year focusing on her health and cancer recovery, Kate is said to be cautious about any renewed contact with Meghan. For now, her attention remains on her family, her recovery, and her ongoing work as Princess of Wales.
